Our joint venture with our construction partners, Costain and MWH, known as 4D, has been running a mobile phone recycling scheme.
The scheme has been so successful it has helped Oxfam raise enough money to fund the training of five midwives in some of the world’s poorest communities.
Our 4D colleagues have donated a total of 47 unused and old phones to the charity’s bRing bRing scheme. Each working mobile handset is worth £5 to Oxfam.
