Two of our main talent pools are graduates and apprentices. In 2007, 47 apprentices and 11 graduates joined us and have been successfully integrated into our organisation.
Our graduate and apprentice recruitment campaigns for 2008 have been very successful and we are expecting 40 graduates and 85 apprentices to join us in September 2008.
The graduates and apprentices will take part in a structured development programme where they are given the opportunity to move around the organisation working on key projects and taking real responsibility for delivering a service to our customers.
The programmes also include off-site study so that they can gain relevant professional and technical qualifications.
